Frills
Well - this is the page with the frills..........
The mouse trailer would not work with my CSS files, I put the code in the head like it was supposed to have been........ and it just wouldn't work......... so I just kept repositioning it and now it is back in the HEAD and works........ go figure......
I couldn't get the scroll bar codes to work on an external style sheet - not sure why but will have to work on that at a later stage...... at least it is showing up on this one. If you are using Firefox, this page will look like some garbled mish mash - but it works in IE6. I don't know why and I can't get it to work on both IE and FF at this time. Since most people seem to have IE preloaded at this stage I guess I will have to work it for IE.
I had a few objections to the javascript slide out menu so I have replaced it with a CSS fixed menu and have used CSS to position the top, side and bottom of the page so that the user won't "lose" the menu while scrolling. The site is not perfect but I have really run out of time so it will have to do for now.
